Reply To: Admin/Login or Register Bar no longer docked at top of page

Wherever you “tweaked” ist, go back there. Find the line:

#wpadminbar .quicklinks a, #wpadminbar .quicklinks .ab-empty-item, #wpadminbar .shortlink-input {

}

try to set “height: auto;” instead of “height: 24px;” which will set the board 24px down from the top.
