My suggestion for you to proceed with your questions is to split them up.
A golden rule for getting help is posting ONE question per post – maybe somebody knows an answer to at least one of them. 🙂
As I said before the demo is more or less explained in the readme,txt. Some stuff needs some “trial and error” which I admit can be a bit time consuming.
