Ok, the reason you can’t see it is, that the “comment-template.php” is not a part of the Pinball theme but a WP template. In your editor you’re only looking at the choosen theme files, not at the WP files.
Get yourself an FTP client and goto directory “/wp-includes”. There you will find the “comment-template.php” and within the values you’re looking for.
Do you get that?? 🙂
