Okay, I’m VERY new at blogging and I don’t understand most of what needs to be done in order to customize blogs. The internet jargon is over my head!
But, I live thousands of miles away from home and I’d like to start being serious about my blog. I found this theme and I really love it, but I have a simple problem: I can’t figure out how to get my pictures from the gallery to appear on the main page.
Could someone point me in the right direction (but also not laugh at my elementary question)?

Well, maybe I should rephrase this… how do I get ANY pictures to appear on the main page? If I had a photo to a post it doesn’t appear on the main page. Also, none of the photos from my gallery appear. What do I need to do?
I have the same question. I’ve tried setting a feature image but it just shows up in my post not on the home page.
The way I set a featured image is, I click set featured image in the lower right of the post, upload the photo I want, then it goes to the gallery section and I scroll down to just below the sizes and click”set featured image” I save it all and then update the post. Back on my homepage, I now see the image.

YES! That did the trick! I think I was missing that first part, of clicking “set featured image” at the bottom of the page. Thank you so much!! I really appreciate it.
I too am not able to get the images on the main page.
