    How do I create pages containing posts like home-page?

    You can use any of the Blog or Portfolio page templates.

    I fail to understand how I create special posts for the new page that has in the template area: blog or portfolio

    You can’t create special posts that appear only on those pages. Pages with blog templates will show normal posts and pages with portfolio templates will show posts from the portfolio category.
