Quote Post Format messed up on the home page

    When I post using the quote post format the text on the front page turns apostrophes into €™ symbols. It does not show up this way in the post itself. Any ideas why or how to fix it?

    BTW, I had briefly change the post from a quote format to a standard format so that the messed up formatting wasn’t on the front page. I changed in back in case anyone wants to see what it looks like. I would really like to solve this problems so I can use the quote format. thanks
