Does anyone knows the changes applied to version 1.1.3? I’ve customized my site and I’m worried that something might stop working.

You can find the changelog in readme.txt, here’s the part for the 1.1.3 release.

* Fixed bug with jQuery Masonry and AJAX Navigation
* Fixed '//' in URL on serach results pages
* Fixed margin-top for Search Widget in Header Sidebar
* Replaced .post selector with .hentry in JavaScript
* Added callbacks for MediaElement Player, FitVids and Colorbox to AJAX Navigation
* Added clearfix to 404 page
* Updated new 3.8 tags
