I do not want the sticky post from the second page onwards

Hi. On the home page I have the full post (not the two posts next to each other as the posts “Waiting at the Window” and “Astronomical Clock” here:http://demo.onedesigns.com/pinboard/). from the second page onwards I have the sticky post as demo above. as I make them become full post (as il post “Neuschwanstein Castle, Bavaria”) from page 2 onwards? thanks
