How to get my installed Pinboard theme to look exactly like your demo?

I’ve downloaded and installed the Pinboard theme and it is wroking fine.

I jst can not figure it out, how to get images installed in the header and make my them to look and do exactly as the demo show it.

Is there different plugins installed for those slide show and posts and flicker and tweeter …

How do I do to make a beautiful site very similar to you demo.
Please help.
