Titles broken in Google Chrome?

I have a strange error on all the titles of the theme when viewing in Google Chrome.

Titles of pages and widget titles and even the header title, are all appear only the top half. I thought it may have been a plug-in issue but have checked other sites with the same theme and see all with the same problem, even the main demo here.

Tell me, has anyone else had this on Pinboard and is there a fix please?
