"Full width" layout – how do I set sidebar on single post?

    I’d like to use “Full Width” layout on my homepage, but “Content/Sidebar” on single post. Anothewords – I’d liek to see right sidebar on single post. How do I set this?

    Second thing: is there any way to limit number of TAGs displayed in the footer? E.g. make it display “most popular” tags or sth like that?

    Anyone can help me? How can i set a right sidebar on an article page in “full width” layout? (no sidebar on mainpage and lists)
