Slider only available in web version

I was just checking the site on my phone. My site is set up so that if you are viewing in mobile view you can click on the bottom to view full site instead. Well in the mobile version the slider isn’t there, but it is if you view full site. Is this correct?

I noticed on some other pinboard themes when viewed on my mobile they do have a slider, but they also don’t have the option at the bottom to change the view (mobile vs full site)so I’m wondering if they have their site set up to view full site only. Didn’t know that was possible.
