Post and Blog Summary Pages Scrambled (no longer in sequence)

I think this has happened since the recent update. The category blocks on any of the summary pages no longer ‘clump together’ and follow in sequence. Typically, you’ll get four or five categories showing neatly at the top of the page and then one stray block down at the bottom. It looks unprofessional and may cause some visitors to miss the link altogether. Any ideas?
