Two menus

    I have another question, I managed to put 2 different menus on the pages and everything is perfect.
    but at home I would like to add the second under the carousel menu but I can not? (not in the footer) someone can give me a helping hand? if I add it to the index not seen.
    I enclose also the 2 pictures to make me understand better

    hiding, changing the css appeared
    style.css
    .nav {
    width:940px;
    height:5px;
    margin:0 auto;
    margin-bottom:50px;
    font-size:16px;
    line-height:50px;
    }

    in reference to the image 1 how do I enlarge the red band on the pages, not in the home?
