newbie needs help please

    Hi, I would really appreciate some help please !
    I changed to minimatica from another theme . My pictures have remained from my old site.
    I am having trouble uploading to the main page ( I have got one pic up but the others I have tried do not upload or are cut off..I dont have the slide affect happening )
    Also I cannot get more then two headings on the main page (just home and music)
    And how do I join my old music gallery with the new one ?

    The lightbox plugin you are using is causing a JavaScript fatal error that prevents the rest of the code from executing.
