Tile feature images different sizes

HI Guys

Firstly thanks for a great WP Theme, I’m really enjoying setting up my site with it.

I’m confused about an issue that I have got. I have noticed that various post tiles on the homepage have different size post feature images. Is it possible to have them all a set uniform size so that the grid layout remains?

In Theme Options > General activate the option “Hard Crop Post Thumbnails”. Then regenerate the thumbnails using this plugin.

Once I have installed the plugin and activated it, will I need to do anything or will it all be automatic for every post after?

You need to regenerate the existing thumbnails once from Tools > Rebuild Thumbnails. The thumbnails for images you upload in the future should get the correct proportions.
