How do I make the featured image show up in the post?

I first have to say a big thank you to all the developers who have worked on this theme and given it away for free, your a blessing!

My question is: When I upload a featured image for a post, how do I make that image also come up in the post without having to add the image to the post again?

Any help to this would be greatly appreciated!
