Only sticky post's on top of grid, different number of column!

Thank’s for your nice theme, one of the best at this time!

My problem:

Is it possible to show ONLY sticky post’s on the top of the grid?
I use the full post on top for Information for the category and
in some categories I don’t need post’s on the top.

Is it possible to to show different categories with
a different number of columns (I think that is very
difficult)

My knowlege in PHP and CSS is very poor.
