Someting is wrong with my Style.css 0_0

I have a problem with my Style.css. When i change something in style.css and uploade it to server, something goes wrong, i just added a space somewhere in the beginning, just a regular space ( with help of Spacebar )then i press save and uploade it in the right place, the same file, just with 1 extra space bar click, and something goes wrong in my page tabs. Content of the page goes left and i need to delete and install the theme again, i even deleted my Gallery plugin, and still nothing helps, everytime when i change someting in style.css, the containt of the page goes left and i can’t find out why!? Why can’t i change something in Style.css, without geting any glitches whatsoever ?
