I accidentally updated the theme today. I’m taking over for someone else and not used to this theme. I have a few critical issues. Can someone please help asap?

Here’s the site with issues: http://shechas.com/
How the site NEEDS to look: http://shegville.com/

    I need to:
    1. stop the header from “doubling up”
    2. have social links in sidebar
    3. NOT have commenting on the homepage

THANK YOU for any and all guidance. I need this as quickly as possible. Thank you!

This is the coding that is making the header double up. I just can’t find which php file it’s loading from. It’s not in the header.php. Any ideas?
