Hi there,
Since the update to 1.1.2, all of the posts on http://ultimacodex.com get bundled up at the top of the content area, with the pagination links ending up on top of the pile.
Any help here would be appreciated. I’ve tried combing through plugins and testing for e.g. bad featured images in posts, and nothing seems to be working to correct the issue.
Update: The issue appears to be with jquery.masonry.pkgd.js. Disabling this script restores the site to its proper appearance, albeit without the fancy bit of AJAX formatting magic that kicks each post to its proper place in the grid.
Still no idea WHY the problem was there, however. It doesn’t seem to be an issue with plugins, sidebar widgets, an out of date WordPress installation, or the theme files themselves. Likewise, Sucuri SiteCheck and the Anti-Malware plugin for WordPress detected no malicious scripts (another possible source of interference). And the problem isn’t isolated to any one browser (I tested in Chrome, IE, and Safari, and got the same mangled results.
So…a stumper. For now, I’ll just keep jquery.masonry.pkgd.js disabled.
