Can I allow registered users to write blogs?

    I am building a site that is based on publication of news. Is there way to allow registered users to write blogs? Do I need some plugin?

    Change their user role to “Author” or “Contributor”

    Ok.
    One more thing… Is it possible that they automatically publish their blogs on the page that will be called “Blog” and not publish in a category?

    I don’t know of a way to do that and it it were possible I think you’d need to tweak hard.
