Using site for forums

    Hello,

    I have just started with Pinboard and would like to eventually have a website with forums on two of its pages, and was wondering if Pinboard will allow this (with some sort of wordpress plugin), or whether I’d need a different theme? I’m very new to all of this and not code-savvy, so sorry if it’s a silly question!

    Also, I was hoping to get my pinboard site to look like the one in the demo, but don’t know how to set up the full-width slideshow (or a full-width static image would be fine). Could anyone help with this please? It would be much appreciated.

    No forum plugin has been tested with the theme.

    To enable the slider you need to mark some posts as sticky and assign featured images to them.

    Dear Daniel,

    Thanks very much for replying. Does that mean I shouldn’t use this form if I’m using something like BuddyPress?

    Theme hasn’t native support for BuddyPress, however buddypress has the option to integrate required files with the current theme. I don’t guarantee it will work but you can try.
