On my site, http://www.guardthedoor.com, I would like to get rid of all the empty space, or most of it around my header. I have tried everything. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I’m not professional in css and html, so custom style for me is too general. If you can explain me better where.
Furthermore, I would like to move the social media icons on the black navigation menu bar. Ho can I do it? Thank you in advance 🙂
