field "wide"

    I wonder how to make in the field below menu buttons (field “wide”) fit to full width and height without any borders (I mean picture with a cup of coffee on theme preview).
    Now it looks ugly, like on main page of http://www.group.avgdesign.ru.
    Please help anyone!

    The slider is not activated using the “Wide” sidebar but by marking some posts as sticky. They need to have featured images of at least 1140×400 pixels to display full-width.

    by ugly i mean red arrows in the empty field between main menu and picture i want to be displayed on main.page
    problem
    and desired version is without any borders like on demo page:

    honestly, i did not understand how to make it like on demo page, could you provide me with steps how to do that?

    As I explained before, you need to mark some posts as sticky (Quick Edit -> Make this post sticky) and make sure they have featured images of at least 1140×400.
