URLs for Featured Images

    I use a different Featured Image for every post excerpt. Every Featured Image has an URL that is the same as URL of the actual post. I am just wondering, is there any way I can put a different URL for a Featured Image? Say I want a Featured Image to work a an ad banner [something like that], can I do this?

    You can assign posts the link post format but that would also affect the post title.
