Custom fields appearing on single.php

Hi

I am setting up my theme and some posts (not all) are showing some of the custom fields:

Showing custom fields: http://www.teknoluhjee.com/2014/04/25/class-dojo-behaviour-management/
Not showing custom fields: http://www.teknoluhjee.com/2014/04/23/why-a-technology-blog/

Can you think of any reason why this is happening? I have deactivated all plugins and the error still appears.
