Tabs missing in Theme Options

    When I navigate to Appearance –> Theme Options, there are no tabs. Only one page with options for: Global Options, Social Media Links, Home Page, Portfolio Page, Blog Pages, Footer. I want to change the layout and in the tutorials I’ve seen screenshots and instructions to go to the Layout tab. I don’t see that under Theme Options… Any ideas?

    Are you using a child theme? Have you applied any other customizations to the theme? Try disabling all plugins and see if any hacks into the theme options.
