The menu works fine for me. There was an issue with it that was resolved in version 1.1.10 and the problem was probably triggered by a temporary caching issue.
WooCommerce has options to set image sizes under WooCommerce → Settings → Products → Product Image Sizes. Set them to your preferred size and than rebuild the thumbnails using this plugin.
