Cannot change theme´s header or background

    Hi, everybody!
    I have started using this wonderful theme last year and I was doing Ok! But, for one reason or another, I have not been doing any changes in my blog layout since 2014, july. Today, I decided to change the background but when I go to Apereance>Header, Background or Customize, the page remains blank, like it is loading. Everything else seems to be working just fine.

    I installed the theme last version and the problem still goes on.

    Can anyone help?

    Hi again! I noticed that wp calls customize.php when I try to customize the theme or change background or header. But when I go to the Editor page, I can not find this file in the right list! Should it not be there?

    I also noticed that the Twenty Thirteen theme is working just fine and the customize.php exists.

    My site is hosted by Go Daddy and the wp instalation is managed by them.

    Any advices??? Thank you so much!
