I am having a very unusual and bizarre issue. Seemingly out of the blue:
- On the home page, all sub menu items are NOT bold.
- On all internal pages, all sub menu items ARE bold.
The CSS does not change, I inspected the elements and it reads font-weight:300 on the sub items for both, home and internal pages. Something must be overriding this CSS setting, but I cannot pin point it…
I can email you with credentials to access the site, but I don’t want to allow any user to log in – please let me know how I may resolve this issue!!! It is boggling my mind.

I am usint PT Sans,
It is displaying fine on the home page, so it does have the specified weight. When inspecting the elements on internal pages, it truly looks like nothing changes, so it is hard to pinpoint the overriding CSS.

PT Sans does not have 300 font weight. Check the element’s computed property. If it says 700 or 600 try navigating upwards in the DOM tree until you identify the element the property gets inherited from.

Here is some more insight to this bizarre scenario.
Firstly, not sure how you determine is does not have 300 font weight – but whatever weight the style “Regular” is, it has it. Please see image under theme options:
I have this setting as “BOLD” for my menu items. This does not affect sub menu items on my home page. See image:
On internal pages, everything is bold, including sub items, so I guess this is how it should function, since my theme options “Menu Items” is “Bold”?
So, the home page is not functioning correctly and it is the internal pages that is correct?
I need the main menu to be bold, so if that means sub items – so be it – just want it to be consistent on every page.

All that I have left to do is remove this “More” function from the menu…. please see my last post on that topic, I am ultimately a bit confused.

From the first analysis it appears the Visual Composer plugin is conflicting with the theme’s web fonts feature.

Any insight as to this “More” feature, how I can remove it? I am trying to decipher the code on the prior post but it does not work for me.
All I want to do – anything under 1200 px, will trigger the mobile menu. No “More” menu item.
How can I do this?

This has been resolved in the latest update of the theme that was released yesterday, you can download it here.
Awesome – how might I be able to update it easiest – do I just upload the theme and it will overwrite necessary files?
I am using a child theme.
