Hi,
I have the same issue. The sidebar titles and descriptions of all sidebars except of the one which I am editing are becoming active. At the moment I am using WP 4.1.4 and Enlightenment 1.1.2. I deactivated my browsers adblocker and all WP Plugins.
And I have a second problem. The sidebars background color is not changing after selecting a color (with unchecked “Transparent” Box). It will be overridden by .design-full-screen .sidebar-header-secondary, .design-full-screen .sidebar-footer in style.css
