Inline stylesheet after custom CSS from Theme options

Hi,

I just noticed that a part of the Enlightenment stylesheet is loaded inline. Is this newly added in the update? Because the problem is that some CSS rules are injected after the Theme Options CSS rules, so basically it’s not possible anymore to style the sidebars (which have a default padding of 20px since the update?).

Besides, it seems like really bad practice to inject the HTML with almost 400 lines of CSS in the top of the document! This seems like a SEO killer to me! Is there no other way to accomplish this? A dynamic CSS for instance?
