Custom query slider not working poperly on mobile devices & Ipads

Hi,

We are using a full width slider on our homepage, this is done with the custom query slider option.

But with only a featured image set, the sliders are not displayed properly on smaller screens (in jumps from 992px working to not working properly at 991px).

On the smaller screens it will show the image very small at the top (size varies for every slide) and a lot of white space underneath.

Is there a fix for this. Or even better a option to disable the slider on mobile devices completly?
