Mystyle.css and non exist page 200 ok

Thanks for your nice theme. I found here two problem

1. In header file showing \\\”mystyle.css\\\” but not found any file of about that

2. http://www.example.com/page/200/ there are not have any post but page showing ok how can i solve that type of page to 404
