White Space on pages boxed design

Hi Daniel please can you help. When i’m creating new pages and in boxed design there is quite a lot of white space under the menu bar and before the page tile. Can this be removed.?

Also in full page design or right side bar etc is there a way of making the gab (whitespace) under the nav menu and before tile a bit smaller?
