Fatal error: Call to undefined method WP_Query::is_home()

    Hi! First i want to congratulate for this beautiful theme and say sorry for my bad english.
    I was trying to activate the minimatica theme but i\’m having this fatal error, i tryed to configurate but allways is the same, could you please help me with this, because is the BEST theme I ever seen for wp:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined method WP_Query::is_home() in/public_html/wp-content/themes/minimatica/functions.php on line 132

    Make sure you’re using at least WordPress version 3.1. A plugin may be conflicting with the theme. Try disabling them one by one and see which one is causing the issue.
