First of all, thanks for the awesome theme, it really looks sharp.
The problem I’m having on my website (www.zwjohnsonphotography.net) is with the menu bar and the blog. Ideally, I would like my site to look more like the example site: I’d like the landscapes/portraits on my site to come up in a lightbox, like the main page, and I would like my blog to display only blog posts, not the photos I have on the main page and other portfolio pages.
On the demo site, clicking cityscapes or portraits brings up another lightbox, instead of a page like on my site, and clicking on the blog link goes to a different page, and none of the blog posts are images from the main site/portfolio
Any tips on how I can accomplish that? I apologize if this should be something I can figure out on my own, this is my first time doing this.
scozzariParticipantHi, I had the same problem but I “think” i figured it out.
Do this.
Create a post category called, Blog or whatever you want to call your blog. All posts will have to tag this category.
create a custom menu item Appearance/Menu for the site. Include a menu item for the category, Blog that you created.
Then, in you Theme Settings menu for Minimatica, on Blog Cettegory, choose, the category Blog that you have created.
That should do it. In the end, it’s all how you build your custom menu.
Here is an image of my menu setup.

Hope this helps and I hope I havent forgotten anything.
Let me know if It’s solved it for you.
