Theme not loading properly (when creating backup/uploading it to server)

Great Theme….i love it!

I cant get the theme to show properly when i upload it to my server using FTP. at first i thought it was the database, or my hosting server but then i tried a different one, and it still the same. And also, i created a backup of it and when i open it, it still the same. I cant get the logo to show, and the slider/images on the home page wont show. If you go to the link below, you’ll know what im talking about. I’ll appreciate if someone can help…i really love this theme and i don’t want to change it!
