I just switched my theme from Delicious Magazine to Minimatica because I love the way it displays the images on the homepage as a slide show.
However, I can not find a way get to the editing of the slider that is suppose to appear on the main page. Where do I add the image to show up as the slider on the main page?
On my current wordpress I have posts and pages already set up. How do I edit my format to get a gallery slider on my main page???
I’m new to this theme as well but my understanding is that the slide pulls images from your most recent posts. So to get an image on the slider, create a new post then choose a featured image of that post.
The choose featured image option is at the right-bottom of the new post page.
The only easy way I have found to control which posts go to the front page (or any category page) is by editing the post date.
