Downloaded Rocket Money to organize my subscriptions. The app seemed useful, it immediately found several invisible auto payments that I had already forgotten about. But when one charge was not canceled, despite the settings, I started to figure it out and found https://rocket-money.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html Apparently, automation does not always work. Still a handy thing, you just have to check manually.
