Can't remove horizontal rule where post comments used to be

I have figured out how to remove the comments section completely from all posts, but there is a light horizontal rule that used to be above and below the section and I can’t figure out for the life of me where the code is for that. Can anyone help me out?

Here is a link to one of the pages. The lines are between the share buttons and the navigation in the footer.
