I try to keep this thread as short as possible for friendly reading. (And pardon my “french”, I´m from Sweden 😉
Ok here we go.
First av off all I really want to salute this theme for being a clean and simple “portfolio-theme”.
But even if I like it alot as it is, I can not help that I´d like som changes.First of, I would like to change the original “frontpage-slider” for an interactive one.
I would like to have, say around 4-5 images, to slide in from the right (filling the whole “slider-background” area), stay for a few seconds, and then slide out to left. And every Image should have a little text area, kind of like the one showing in the “slider”.
Does anyone have a killer idea for my concept?Second thing is rather basic, but I just can´t get it right.
I would like to have my “Social Media” widget to show in the upper right section of the header. I´ve re-aranged the menu to take place in the header, and it would be so neat to have the facebook and twitter icons to the right of it.Ok, I promised to keep it short so I bether stop now 😉
I would really appreciate if someone could give me a few tips ont this one.

There are plans to allow selection of the posts that display on the front page. That and nothing more. What you are proposing is pretty complex and I assume because of the fixed dimensions of images and the variable dimensions of display widths also a bit complicated to implement. You can try your luck at ThemeForest, they have some pretty portfolio and photography themes, maybe one suits your needs. Something like this maybe?
