I would like to make a post look the same as the slider, so rather than the thin 48px wide black strip i want to increase this to 430px to match the slider.
I have done this by changing the line height of the page.title in the style.css, however this then just pushes the ‘container’ down – is it possible to have these overlapping?
I would like to put a slide show over the black space, then the text would start down below in the white space.
Sorry can’t link through to my site as it is using another theme and i’m test driving Minimatica until i get everything right and can swap over.

Managed to sort it out using some negatix px values and using the Chrome feature “inspect element” to play around and then edit the theme.
If i manage to get it live ill post the link on here so you can see what i was trying (and hopefully) achieved.
