How can I add a Facebook link to the home page under menu?

This is what I did:

Under “Appearance” click “Menus”
Left side of “Menu” page should be “Custom Links”
Add your Facebook URL and give it a name i.e. “Facebook”
Click “Add to Menu”
Move it where you want in the menu and click “Save Menu” and it should appear on the Home page.
