Does anyone know how to make a splash page? I designed an enter page I wanted to have shown before viewers enter my site but don’t know how to put it on there.
I would think you could do it by creating a page, then telling WP to make that your front page.
Settings > Reading > Front page displays > “a static page” > your page that you just created
If you can’t make your page look the way you want it to using WP, then make a page and upload it, then make your WP page redirect to that one.

I don’t want a sidebar or any of the blog trappings….What am I missing?
BTW, The site looks great, where are you located?There’s no option for this yet, you need to open the files content-*.php and manually remove the .entry-meta tags. The copyright information also needs to be edited manually in footer.php
Can we know how to edit the footer.php to show the copyright information please? I’m a newbie sorry. Here is my footer.php I just need to know where to type the copyright infos, atleast this can be a guide for everyone. Thanks!

There is no predefined location for copyright info so you can place them anywhere. There are plans to add such a section in the next version though.
