I have an old PST file that was created in an older version of Outlook, and now I need to use it in the latest version of Outlook (2016/2019/2021 or Outlook 365). When I try to open it directly, sometimes Outlook shows compatibility issues or doesn’t allow me to access all data properly. Can anyone guide me on how to update or convert the old PST file so that it works smoothly with the new versions of Outlook without losing any emails, contacts, or attachments? Also, are there any reliable manual methods or tools available for this process?

If you are also not able to open the old PST file of Outlook in the new version, then definitely try Softaken Upgrade PST Tool once. This tool converts your ANSI PST file to Unicode format in a few minutes, so that you can easily use it in Outlook 2019, 2021. I have used it myself and my file got upgraded without any data loss. The interface is also very simple and does not require technical knowledge.
