How do I check if Gmail emails are archived?

If Gmail emails are missing from Inbox, don’t panic. First, open the Trash and Spam folders. Your messages may be hiding there. Then check the All Mail folder. Archived emails move there. Don’t forget to look at Social and Promotions tabs. Gmail sorts emails there by default. Use the search bar to find emails by sender or subject. If nothing appears, clear browser data or use another browser. To avoid this again, create a backup of your Gmail account. A backup will always keep your messages safe.
