How to create pop up flash links ??

Hi guys.

I have been struggeling a bit getting this to work.
On my website i have created a menue called Galleries for my photos and what i want to do is have flash links to all the different galleries via the menue ” galleries ” on the front page instead of creating a new menue for each gallery.

How is this done ?
