Number of issues and questions

I like the theme as many of us do. However, after spending hours and hours of frustrating time on this to make it “something that fits” what we are trying to do, I have some issues.

1. How can you put a “Home” button on the pages bar under the header. At least have it there when in another part of the theme or pages. Most answers about this on the forum are to complex for the newbe. How to fix this?

2. How to get the “read more” under the text in the posts boxes in the front page. You know so people don’t think that is all there is to the post. They need to see there is more to it and to click on it. How to fix this?

3. Images in the post boxes on the front page show up above the text and not next to them as shown in the demo. How to fix this?

The site is nice but buggy and the answers are go here and replace this in CSS or whatever and no clear directions are to where to place ect.
